Senior SharePoint Developer - San Francisco
Day to Day Activities
Evaluating and understanding existing and new technologies.
Technical design and architecture.
Application configuration and development.
Working with other technologists.
Fixing bugs and determining root cause.
Pursue deals, review and support solutions
Coordinate with our internal teams for proper resource planning
Manage technical resources on projects
Manage communications to the client
Develop strong, effective relationships with our clients
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technology business leadership experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to illustrate technical concepts to non-technical people
Ability to work effectively with other technical and non-technical people
Ability to problem solve through complex technical problems with the help of your peers
Personal or professional experience with writing code or scripts
3 years experience with SharePoint (administration, development, support)
1-2 years of web development skills with one or more of the following technologies: Typescript, React, Python, Angular, PHP, C#, SQL Server
Experience in a few of the following areas are strongly desired:
Understanding of the full lifecycle of development from concept to support
Experience with basic deployment tasks, such as configuration of web servers, databases, and application servers
Experience performing in-depth testing and Quality Assurance
Experience in highly regulated industries (financial services, government, medical)
Experience working with code repositories
Experience integrating with other applications via web services or other integration methods
Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, organizations, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery
Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions/projects with heavy client interaction
Strong consulting/project-based background, including assessing and managing opportunity and risk associated with large-scale complex projects
Location: Bay Area (San Francisco, CA). A majority of the work will require this resource to be onsite in downtown San Francisco.
